Oh boy...I went from painting canvases to painting clay gardening pots. What the F is going on? I don't know but I do love it. So my idea was to paint these pots for people's gardens because when I look out into the world I always start imagining beautiful blooming gardens and everything colored in rainbow paint (for reals). So this is my attempt to make that a reality. My roommate and dear friend Laura suggested I plant succulence in them to add to their value. How could I not? So now I have a green thumb as well. What the double F?! Yeah, I'm really evolving :). I also wanted to add some love consciousness up in the mix so inside of each pot I write this prayer, "I wish you to have love, joy, and peace". That's the best part because it feels really good writing it without knowing who will end up with the pot.We shall see where this new artistic adventure takes me. I'm thinking of showing the artsy hip stores on Sunset Junction so they can sell them, or maybe craft fairs, or ETSY, or perhaps they'll be gifts for my friends and family. Either way I lose time while making them so that means I'm having fun and enjoying myself...right? ;)
